Maths Time Joy and Ritual are both known for some fantastic collaborations, and this latest track is no exception. The pair complement each other musically, with ‘Heavy On My Mind’ bringing out the best of both compositional worlds. Maths Time Joy first worked on the tune years ago, with Ritual getting on board a while later: “Most of this track we ended up writing remotely.  We knew there was something good in the idea but with our own separate release schedules it was challenging to find the right time to release it, so it's good to finally get this one out there.” It’s a smooth, perfectly produced track that is able to drift from the subtlety of quiet hi-hat pulses and thick, gritty bassline explosions.
